What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of professional experience, Expert proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Experience with lighting, rendering, compositing, Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Understanding of animation principles, Experience creating character, product, or environment animations, Ability to manage multiple projects, Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills, Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced 3D animation work
Nice to Have
Experience with Unreal Engine, Houdini, Knowledge of character rigging, simulations, dynamics, Experience integrating AI-assisted creative tools, Background in advertising, digital products, technology, fintech, or startup environments

ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a 3D Animator to lead the creation of high-quality 3D animations, visual storytelling, and motion content across BJAK’s marketing, product, and brand initiatives. In this role, you will bring concepts to life through compelling animation, character performance, camera work, environmental storytelling, and cinematic visuals. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to create engaging content that elevates the BJAK brand while mentoring junior artists and helping define animation standards across the organization.
