With world-class tools, market-leading training, and a collaborative support network, this role is ideal for those who thrive in professional sales and are ready to take their career (and earnings) to the next level. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market. * Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement. * Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare. * Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates. * Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success. * Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity. * Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs. * Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets. ### **Qualifications and Experience** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component. * Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpers
