Eligibility Requirements

Work from heights and over water., Must adhere to all MSHA and Company safety rules., Operators are responsible for owning and maintaining hand tools used for maintenance.

Must Have

High School Diploma/GED, Attend an annual 8-hour MSHA refresher course., New employees must complete 24 hours of new miner training., New employees with mining experience greater than two years prior to hire must complete 12 hours of experienced miner training., Must have Heavy Equipment Operation experience., Must have mechanical ability for general maintenance purposes.

What You'll Do.

Safely perform preventative and general repair

and/or maintenance of equipment at the crushing plant

Operate the plant by keeping it filled with the proper materials and running efficiently.

Operate various types of heavy equipment used in the crushing & screening of aggregates.

Operate off-road vehicles and loaders.

Perform preventative maintenance of all production equipment.

Perform emergency maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary

Weld and cut on equipment when necessary.

Maintain safety in aggregate site and equipment operation.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
