Experience training peers or groups, Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people), Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
What You'll Do.
Reports to department manager
Assisting with training in home department
Conduct departmental on-the-floor training
cross-training for all hourly associates
Make recommendations on performance
Ensure all required training documentation is completed
Act as a friendly point-of-contact
support any new hires
Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates
Maintains a high level of availability
