You will provide strong people leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight while driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly influence production performance, team engagement, and operational excellence. ### ## **What Will You Do?** ### **Leadership & Management Responsibilities** **Recruitment & Retention** * Recruit, interview, and hire **technical assemblers**. * Partner with recruiters to clearly communicate candidate criteria. * Coach team members on effective interviewing and hiring practices. * Monitor turnover, identify root causes, and implement retention improvements. **Employee & Team Development** * Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis. * Create, validate, and maintain training curriculum within the area of responsibility. * Coach and mentor Machine Support staff to deliver operational excellence. * Develop and manage succession plans for the Machine Support and Machine Shop functions. **Performance Management** * Establish clear, measurable performance goals and objectives aligned to operational metrics, timelines, training, attendance, and development goals. * Ga
