What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, ability to read, write, and speak English, computer skills and production data entry systems, Valid Driver's license
Nice to Have
Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical operations preferred, Prior supervisory experience preferred, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, Working knowledge of safety, regulatory, and operational requirements

Serve as primary frontline leader for production personnel

Participate in safety meetings

Assign work and manage labor
Ensure accurate batch execution
and material handling
Maintain accurate inventory
Monitor performance and reinforce standards
Support employee onboarding
Participate in annual performance evaluations

Complete production tasks as necessary

Partner closely with the Manufacturing Manager and support functions; Coordinate daily operations with support departments
