What You'll Do.

Lead the operation of the back end of

Coordinate line workload and staffing

Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil workmanship standards

Monitor the CIQ system

Fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately

Minimize changeover times

Minimize excess material

Ensure proper stock and availability of operation supplies

and authorized documentation is available

Inform or instruct employees of any deviations or

Notify Manufacturing Supervisor regarding employee problems

Strive for continuous improvement

Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained

Ensure line personnel are performing their assigned functions

Motivate and challenge all line members
