Schedule: Monday through Friday - 1:30pm - 10pm Pay range: $27.07 an hour ** This is a union position, covered under Teamsters Local 294 Union** The job responsibilities for this position are as follows: This job includes performing yogurt setting and yogurt separation. It also includes batching, legal pasteurization, and storage of all products according to plant SOPs and the PMO. Candidates will be required to understand the following operational needs. Proper documentation for all charts and records in accordance with legal. They must have the ability to CIP all tanks, lines, and equipment associated with processing. Follow all company formulation and assure correct ingredients amounts are being used and documented. Assist in buttermilk setting and sending. Assist in batching and pasteurization of all product as needed. Perform a daily inventory of products in the processing area at end of shift. Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements. Assist in the cheese room as needed. Keep all work areas, including the ingredient storage area, neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements. Underst
