The **Packaging Technician** plays a key role in our production team by safely operating and monitoring packaging equipment to deliver high-quality products every day. In this role, you’ll set up machines, make routine adjustments, perform quality checks, and work closely with production, maintenance, and quality partners to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting production goals and food safety standards. ****This role is a second shift role, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:30 pm - midnight.** ****Note that this role requires at least one year of machine operator experience.** **What You Will Do:** * Operate grinding and/or packaging equipment to process coffee according to the daily production schedule * Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMPs and standard operating procedures * Perform quality checks, complete required production and quality records, and ensure product meets specifications * Monitor equipment performance and communicate safety, quality, or production issues to leadership; report equipment issues to Maintenance/Engineering * Support producti
