Must Have

US Citizen, 5 years experience electronics manufacturing, High School Diploma/GED, MIL-STD-883/IPC-A-610 standards, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, RF signal sources, Hands-on experience test and tuning RF modules, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Familiarity with MES tools, Skilled in microscope use, Troubleshoot technical issues, Judgment and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

Previous supervisory/leadership position experience, Progress toward AS or BS in Engineering or Business, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma experience, Shingo experience, Enterprise Excellence initiatives experience

Our Aerospace and Defense Operation located in Chelmsford, MA is growing and focused on the manufacture and test of highly complex, low to medium-volume microwave electronics. ** _Summary_ :** The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a team of microelectronic test technicians.
