What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US Citizen, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, High School Diploma/GED Required, expertise in MIL-STD-883/IPC-A-610 standards, expertise in network analyzers, expertise in spectrum analyzers, expertise in power meters, expertise in RF signal sources, Hands-on experience in test and tuning of RF modules, Able to create a team environment among co-workers by motivating and encouraging positive morale and teamwork, leading by example, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Skilled in microscope use, judgment and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Previous experience maintaining a supervisory/leadership position, Progress toward an AS or BS in Engineering or Business, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Experience with Six Sigma, Experience with Shingo, Experience with other Enterprise Excellence initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues
