2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 1 to 2 hrs overtime
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment, High school diploma or equivalent, Technical training
Nice to Have
Technical or professional certification, Completion of Associates degree in related field, 3+ years experience in PLC and HMI configuration, 3+ years experience in control circuit analysis, 3+ years experience in design, troubleshooting and solving software/hardware issues, 3+ years experience in high voltage electrical maintenance, 3+ years experience in mechanical repairs, 3+ years experience in hydraulics, 3+ years experience in pneumatics in an industrial environment
What You'll Do.
Maintain machinery and equipment
Complete preventive maintenance
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair
Perform PLC troubleshooting and repair
Perform pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
Perform hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
Troubleshoot PLC systems
Read equipment manuals
Interpret engineering specifications
Interpret work orders
Use diagnostic equipment
Replace equipment parts
Adhere to safety policies
Participate in safety programs
Participate in housekeeping programs
Participate in Operational Excellence programs
Participate in Lean Manufacturing programs
Provide guidance to colleagues
