3 years or more of experience as a phlebotomist, High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Nice to Have

5 years or more of phlebotomy experience, 5 years or more of experience as a people leader, Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency

What You'll Do.

Perform phlebotomy job duties

Assist in supervision of phlebotomists

Observe new employee performance

Report observations to supervisor

Perform site inspections

Provide continuous training

Complete competency assessments

Manage and monitor patient flow

Monitor inventory levels

Monitor information logs

Address customer service issues

Review daily/weekly schedule

Make schedule adjustments

Promote effective communication

Perform duties of phlebotomist

Perform duties of site coordinator
