Must Have
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with automated or semi-automated machinery., Demonstrated ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and setup forms., Proficiency in inspecting, setting up, and adjusting tooling and gauges for production jobs., record-keeping skills, including accurate completion of setup, production, and inspection documentation., Ability to identify, segregate, and scrap defective parts based on visual and dimensional standards., Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and equipment log documentation., Effective communication skills for coordinating with foremen, tool crib attendants, and other team members., Willingness to participate in continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
