What You'll Do.

Perform duties cleaning equipment

Operate rolling equipment

Operate sizing equipment

Maintain cleaning tanks

Operate neutralizing solutions

Operate purifying cleaning solutions

Mount coils of round wire

Set up straightening rolls

Feed materials from coil

Transfer spools to finishing machines

Change rolls in tuck's head

Make required adjustments

Confirm type of material

Maintain Daily Sample Log

Maintain inventory records

Maintain cleaning solutions

Conduct specified tests

Make additions to solutions

Record solution tests

Transfer daily production data

Maintain work area clean

Detect defective materials

Report equipment malfunctions

Report unsafe conditions

Follow all safety rules

Employ all safety devices
