Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or related field, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, Proficiency with hand and power tools

Nice to Have

Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field, Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Familiarity with quality control procedures, Experience with troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment
