Nice to Have

1 to 2 years related experience preferred, 2 – 4 year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience

What You'll Do.

Monitors and adjusts equipment controls as needed

Ensures optimal performance of product manufacturing equipment and controls

Eliminate equipment downtime by tracking problems to their root cause and correcting them

Specify and/or develop software to complement new equipment

Maintain records of all program changes

assembly drawings and product specifications

Make software modifications as needed to dispensing and glass cutting equipment

Adapt new products to the existing manufacturing processes

Write and modify programs for dispensing and glass cutting equipment

Support engineering staff in the development of new processes for manufacturing

Help determine training needed for the technicians

Provide input as needed when equipment is purchased or upgraded

Construct test fixtures and complete equipment upgrades as needed

Occasionally work with outside vendors to procure new equipment and/or software to improve the production process

Assist in the development and implementation of new products into mass production

Complying with all Company policies and procedures
