Remote work lifestyle in a camp setting, Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation, Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site, Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check, Ability to handle physical demands: Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs, Climb ladders or stairs, Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended periods of time, Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands, Perform work with arms at full length, Work with arms above shoulder height

What You'll Do.

Preparing the dinner menu

Responsible for all starch and vegetable items required for the menu

Assist the First Cook in the preparation of all menu items as needed

and presentation specifications

Can be responsible for preparing and serving hot breakfast

Replenish desserts and condiment stations as required

Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and serving areas

Can be responsible for assisting with baking

Practice correct food handling guidelines and storage procedures

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Meet daily with the First Cook to discuss menu preparation and production strategy; Work with the First Cook to ensure that all product meets quality standards

The Second Cook will work with the First Cook to ensure that all product meets quality standards as set out by Culinary leadership.
