[Why Join Us | DuPont Careers](https://careers.dupont.com/us/en/whyjoinus) DuPont is currently seeking experienced **Machinists** for the **2nd and 3rd shift** at our Stow, OH site! **We 're offering a $1000 bonus after 90 days for this position!** **Pay scale: $30.06 - $36.69/hr** **We’re hiring for the following shifts:** **2nd shift – 2:00pm to 10:30pm** **3rd shift – 10:00pm to 6:30am** **DuPont offers an excellent benefits package that includes a generous 401 (k) match, health and dental insurance, 15 days of vacation, a variable bonus plan, and much more!** To perform this job successfully, the individual must be flexible, adaptable, dependable, reliable, and able to adjust to various challenges (such as changes to schedule, work environment, materials, and tooling). Machinists must possess solid communication skills (i.e., oral, written, and listening) be detailed oriented, and have good organizational skills. Associates must be self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a group environment. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities:** The Stow, Ohio location functions in a machining environment that is climate-controlled with air conditioning: * Set up and operate, in an efficient timely manner, a wide range of machine tools, both CNC and manual such as grinders, mills, lathes, and hones on a diverse range of products involving difficult operations, aerospace tolerances, and complex shapes. Machines used at Valley View include HAAS vertical mills, Toyoda Grinders, Accuturn, Prodigy, Hardinge, and HAAS lathes. * Align and secur
