**Role Overview** We are looking for a talented and creative 2D Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is visually driven, detail-oriented, and able to think critically while translating concepts into strong, well-executed designs. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop designs throughout dynamic projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Create high-quality 2D designs for digital and print assets * Translate concepts and briefs into visually compelling designs * Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual systems aligned with brand guidelines * Collaborate with creative directors and team members to refine ideas * Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently * Maintain organized files and design systems across projects * Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance creative workflows and ideation **Requirements** **Requirements** * Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics * Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve visually * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** * Experience or strong interest in using **AI design tools** to support ideation, design, and efficiency * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Portfolio demonstrating strong 2D design skills (branding, layouts, illustrations, etc.) **Must have** * 2+ years experience working in a creative agency * Understanding of branding and on ground activations * Interest in contemporary design trends and storytelling
