Help establish unified internal customer support process

Reduce process friction
Look for overlap within technical documentation
Consolidate technical documentation
Organize technical documentation
Update technical documentation
Purge technical documentation
Collaborate with program management
Collaborate with engineering
Resolve conflicts in documentation
Identify gaps in documentation
Support Robotics Fleet Management documentation
Support Spark Ops with documentation process
Help improve Spark metrics analysis
Help improve Spark metrics reporting
