What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Pursuit of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, Able to work 40 hours per week in Canada and for 8, or 12 month term (consecutive semesters) starting September 2026
Nice to Have
Previous co-op, internship, or project work in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain., Excel skills (sorting/filtering, pivot tables, basic comfortable working with large datasets)., Exposure to or coursework in Power BI (building basic reports, using existing data models)., Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain concepts (inventory, material flow, scrap, obsolescence, logistics)., Clear written and verbal communication able to summarize analysis and follow up with material coordinators, GLs, and finance partners., Experience with SharePoint lists/sites or other collaboration tools., Experience building simple Power BI dashboards from scratch.
What You'll Do.
Run regular MGO data pulls
Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reports
Validate data quality
Document and maintain standard work
Capture and organize AI use cases
Create clear "how-to" guides
Administer scrap system access
Monitor and follow up on overdue scrap tags
Lead or support scrap investigations
Investigate obsolete and at-risk materials
Support action plans to reduce obsolescence
Prepare obsolete inventory reports
Conduct and document material-segregation audits
Follow up on corrective actions
Own monthly business plan board administration
Maintain transportation seal log

Work with material coordinators, group leaders, operations, and finance to gather information and close actions.
