Key job responsibilities In this role, you will source and engage candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles - supporting teams that build and scale AWS services. You will proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission. Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and are
