Must Have
Experience leading CAB meetings, Experience managing enterprise production change governance, Experience assessing operational risk, Experience supporting Release Management coordination, Experience using ITSM platforms, Experience supporting enterprise operational environments, Project management experience, Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines, Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies, Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Expertise in computer programming, Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools, Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, Good understanding of application infrastructure, Good understanding of system architecture, Good understanding of operating system, 10 years equivalent work experience in infrastructure service management roles
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Familiarity with release coordination processes, Familiarity with deployment governance practices, Understanding of Agile methodologies, Experience with operational reporting, Experience with KPI development, Experience with audit support, Experience with process improvement initiatives
What You'll Do.
Own and manage the enterprise IT Change Management
Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Review and evaluate production change requests
Serve as a primary operational governance authority
Ensure all production changes comply with enterprise governance
Manage enterprise change calendars
Identify operational risks
Coordinate and oversee high-risk production implementation activities
Monitor production change execution activities
Ensure proper communication of maintenance activities
Track and report operational metrics and KPIs
Conduct post implementation reviews (PIRs)
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
and compliance initiatives
and improve change management procedures
Partner closely with Incident Management teams
Partner closely with Problem Management teams
Partner closely with Infrastructure Operations teams
Partner closely with SRE teams
Partner closely with Cloud Engineering teams
Partner closely with DevOps teams
Partner closely with Application Support teams
Coordinate enterprise release scheduling activities
Maintain release documentation
Maintain implementation schedules
Maintain deployment procedures
Maintain dependency tracking
Maintain operational communications
Collaborate with development teams
Collaborate with DevOps teams
Collaborate with infrastructure teams
Collaborate with operational teams
Assist in improving release governance processes
Assist in improving deployment methodologies
