What You'll Do.
Support core school systems
Serve as primary point of contact
Communicate clearly and professionally
Respond to emails and phone calls
Foster a welcoming environment
Manage daily attendance processes
Maintain accurate student records
Ensure completion of required documentation
Support data submissions
Support MetroCard distribution
Support school events
Manage student documentation
Prepare family communications
Distribute family communications
Support family engagement initiatives
Support KIPP Family Association events
Support advocacy efforts
Respond to student health needs
Coordinate with school nurse
Serve as member of Building Response Team
Support emergency response procedures
Ensure office supplies are maintained
Ensure office equipment is maintained
Participate in school-wide activities
