What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of clinical experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges, Valid clinical license from the state in which the position is being offered in one of the following areas: Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, Clinical Supervision certification to provide clinical hours towards licensure, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Comfortable using a computer, Able to complete clinical documentation to ESS standards

Prior experience working in a clinical capacity within a school-based program, Excellent organization skills, Attention to detail, Solution focused approach to problem solving, Flexible and available for travel throughout assigned region
What You'll Do.
Provide supervision and oversight to ESS clinicians
Lead therapeutic programs
Manage relationships with partner district personnel
Oversee the provision of clinical services
Develop and implement treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to licensed professionals
and supervision of clinical and administrative staff
Conduct performance evaluations
Address personnel issues
Develop and monitor budgets for clinical operations
Ensure efficient use of resources
Achieve financial targets
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost containment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with clinical staff; Collaborate with finance team; Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school district leaders, community organizations, and regulatory agencies; Represent ESS at meetings, conferences, and other events

Communication skills necessary to interact with school district leaders in an advisory capacity
