Must Have
High School Diploma/GED or higher, Experience leading and training others, Experience in industrial setting, Mechanical and technical skills, Ability to troubleshoot, Work independently and as part of a team, Solid understanding of Lean concepts, Competent with rulers and measurement, Read and interpret documents, Regularly lift at least 5 lbs. above shoulder, Push, pull and lift at least 10 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs, Regularly standing walking, crouching, bending, reaching and kneeling

Vocational/technical degree preferred
