Must Have
US Citizenship, 5 years experience in electronics manufacturing, High School Diploma/GED Required, MIL-STD-883/IPC-A-610 standards, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, RF signal sources, test and tuning of RF modules, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with MES tools, microscope use, troubleshooting technical issues, judgment and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Current clearance holder preferred, Progress toward an AS or BS in Engineering or Business is preferred, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Shingo, Enterprise Excellence initiatives preferred

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be a key team member in leading and implementing change to meet aggressive new-hire training, process improvement, and productivity goals. Our Aerospace and Defense Operation located in Chelmsford, MA is growing and focused on the manufacture and test of highly complex, low to medium-volume microwave electronics. ** _Summary_ :** The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a team of microelectronic test technicians.
