What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US Citizenship, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, High School Diploma/GED, expertise in MIL-STD-883/IPC-A-610 standards, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, RF signal sources, Hands-on experience in test and tuning of RF modules, Able to create a team environment among co-workers by motivating and encouraging positive morale and teamwork, leading by example, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, positive attitude, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with MES tools, Skilled in microscope use, troubleshooting technical issues, judgment and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Current clearance holder, Progress toward an AS or BS in Engineering or Business, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Shingo, other Enterprise Excellence initiatives
