Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, and memos, Ability to perform basic math calculations, Ability to use basic handheld tools such as rubber straps, plastic bags, packaging materials, cardboard boxes, and tape dispensers used in production and packaging, Ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production pace and throughput expectations, Ability to perform basic equipment setup and adjustments, Ability to recognize production or quality issues and notify a lead or supervisor, Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand, Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, Frequently required to move throughout the production facility, Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials, Regularly moves materials including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying items up to 25 pounds or more

What You'll Do.
Perform a variety of bindery and finishing tasks including equipment setup
and product finishing to ensure production runs efficiently and products meet quality standards
Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters
and stitchers according to job specifications
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Report quality concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel
Load and unload materials onto and from equipment
Store materials properly according to company guidelines
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors
Maintain accurate production
and maintenance records
Read job tickets to ensure equipment is set up correctly and all required work is completed
Finish products according to job ticket instructions
Interpret information from bindery paperwork
Complete tasks according to production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Follow established process and quality guidelines while performing job duties
Examine and adjust finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Report defective materials or questionable quality issues to the department Supervisor or Lead
