Must Have
Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required, Previous meat cutting experience required, At least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred
What You'll Do.

Assist in merchandising seafood
Assist in rotisserie chicken area and full service deli
Prepare special meat cuts for members
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
Engage members and answer questions
and label meat products
Ensure meat case is stocked and organized
Maintain appropriate inventory levels
Rotate products according to expiration dates
Dispose of damaged and/or expired products
Clean and sanitize equipment and areas
Inspect and store meat upon delivery
Receive and unpack meat deliveries
Maintain club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
