University Graduate, 7+ years of practical experience in a risk management department or actuarial-related department of a life insurance company, Deep understanding of insurance risk management, Knowledge of risk quantification methods (models), Communication skills, Experience collaborating with other departments, Ability to be a team player and also complete tasks independently, Business level English reading and writing skills, Passed actuarial exams
Nice to Have
Business level English conversation skills, Practical experience using modeling and programming languages
What You'll Do.
Integrated risk management and financial risk management operations
Implementing and promoting the group's integrated risk management and financial risk management framework
Providing necessary support and monitoring to the first line
Reporting risk management status to management
Developing integrated risk management and insurance risk management frameworks and advancing them (including maintaining regulations)
Responding to economic value solvency regulations (as ESR verification function)
Developing stress scenarios primarily for insurance risk
Monitoring integrated risk and insurance risk and reporting accordingly
Independent review of best estimate assumptions
Risk review for product development and revisions
Secretariat for ALM and Financial Committee
Promoting various initiatives to strengthen the risk management framework
including fostering a risk culture
