What You'll Do.

Responsible for delivering basic training

and continuing education courses for marketers

and related training administrative work

Responsible for the management

and development of the honor lecturer team to improve the skills of trainers

Responsible for training evaluation and feedback

timely communication with institutional heads and chief trainers regarding issues found in evaluations

and timely rectification to improve training quality

Maintain and enter training-related information

Responsible for the file management of the所属 department

Assist the chief trainer in completing various other training projects from the head office or region

Report non-compliant events or potential risks discovered during work in a timely manner

and propose corrective or improvement suggestions

Assist the audit department in completing audit-related work

and complete rectification work based on audit reports

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
