Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of C-end product management experience, Familiarity with online education product logic (complete chain of courses, sales, booking, fulfillment), APP product design experience, Excellent interaction design and user experience thinking, Ability to drive product decisions through data and user research, Good project management and cross-team communication and coordination skills, International vision, Deep understanding of overseas education users and markets
Nice to Have
Experience with language learning products (English enlightenment, children's English, adult language training, etc.), Experience in gamification and interactive design of educational products (e.g., mini-games, points systems, level-based tasks, etc.), Overseas study or cross-cultural work background, English as a working language
What You'll Do.
Overall planning of overseas language learning products
including learning paths
practice and review system design
Building a complete product closed loop from purchase
booking to class fulfillment
optimizing user conversion and retention experience
Defining core user journeys to ensure a coherent
and rewarding learning experience
Continuous optimization of key links such as registration
and feedback based on user research and data analysis
Building highly sticky learning communities and incentive systems in collaboration with design
Promoting A/B testing and product data iteration to improve activation rate
and paid conversion rate
Outputting high-quality PRDs
leading the design and launch of core APP functions (such as course booking
Coordinating research
and operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
Managing project progress and priorities
balancing short-term business goals with long-term experience optimization
Developing localized product solutions based on overseas market differences (user preferences
language and culture)
Supporting multi-language version launches and experience adaptation for different markets
Exploring 'education x gamification' product forms to enhance the fun and engagement of the learning process

岗位概述】 我们正在寻找一位对全球教育市场充满热情的海外产品经理,主导语言类在线教育产品的规划与落地。你将从0到1搭建海外语言学习产品体系,负责核心用户体验、售卖流程、约课与履约体系的产品设计,打造兼具学习成效与趣味性的APP学习体验,服务全球青少年用户。 【工作职责】 产品规划与体系搭建 负责海外语言学习产品的整体规划,包括学习路径、课程结构、练习与复习体系设计; 搭建从购买、约课到上课履约的完整产品闭环,优化用户转化与留存体验; 定义核心用户旅程(User Journey),确保学习体验连贯、顺畅且具备成就感。 用户体验与增长优化 基于用户调研与数据分析,持续优化注册、购买、学习、反馈等关键环节; 与设计、运营、教研团队协作,构建高粘性的学习社区与激励体系; 推动A/B测试与产品数据迭代,提升激活率、留存率与付费转化率。 功能设计与项目推进 输出高质量PRD,主导APP核心功能(如课程预约、课堂体验、学习记录、积分体系等)的设计与上线; 跨部门协调教研、技术、市场、运营团队,确保产品高质量交付; 管理项目进度与优先级,平衡短期业务目标与长期体验优化。 国际化产品建设 结合海外市场差异(用户偏好、支付体系、语言文化),制定本地化产品方案; 支持多语言版本上线与不同市场的体验适配。 创新与游戏化探索(加分项) 探索“教育×游戏化”的产品形态,提升学习过程的趣味性与参与度; 有教育游戏、轻量互动内容、小游戏化激励体系等相关设计经验者优先。 【任职要求】 必备条件: 本科及以上学历,5年以上C端产品经理经验; 熟悉在线教育产品逻辑(课程、售卖、约课、履约等完整链路); 有APP产品设计经验,具备优秀的交互设计与用户体验思维; 能通过数据和用户研究驱动产品决策; 良好的项目管理能力与跨团队沟通协调能力; 具备国际化视野,对海外教育用户和市场有深入理解。 加分项: 有语言学习类产品经验(英语启蒙、少儿英语、成人语言培训等); 有教育产品游戏化、互动化设计经验(如小游戏、积分系统、闯关任务等); 有海外留学或跨文化工作背景; 英语可作为工作语言。
