Main tasks(主要任务) **产品维度需求预测** * 基于历史销售数据、市场趋势(如季节性波动、促销活动)、产品生命周期(新品/成熟品/衰退品),利用系统搭建SKU级别预测模型; * 了解基础统计模型:移动平均、指数平滑,动态调整预测准确率; * 监控新品上市爬坡期需求,联动市场部门评估营销计划对预测的影响。 **跨区域需求协同管理** * 主导区域销售运营协同会议,整合各区域市场情报(如竞品动态、渠道库存水位),校准区域需求计划; * 设计区域需求提报模板与规则,减少因信息不对称导致的预测偏差(如压货虚报、终端动销误判)。 **需求预测体系优化** * 制定区域需求计划SOP流程,明确区域销售、区域运营、总部职能部门、供应链端的数据输入标准与协同机制; * 回顾区域预测准确率,定期复盘偏差根因并推动改进。 **销售与运营计划 (S&OP)支持** * 参与月度S&OP会议,输出需求侧数据(如分品类/渠道的需求波动),驱动生产与采购计划对齐; * 预警供需失衡风险如产能瓶颈,推动提前制定应对方案。 **系统与数据工具应用** * 配合IT部门优化需求计划系统(如SAP IBP),实现多源数据自动化整合; * 联合数据开发工程师,通过Power BI/Tableau搭建可视化看板,实时监控需求达成率与库存健康度。 **Education /****教育背景** 大学本科(985/211)统计学、供应链管理、市场营销、数学等相关专业优先; **Experience /****經驗** 3年以上消费品行业(快消/FMCG、耐用消费品)需求计划、销售预测经验; 熟悉多渠道(KA渠道、电商、经销商)销售模式与需求驱动逻辑; **Other skills /****其他技能** 英语流利 熟悉预测建模工具(Excel及Power BI/Query、Python/VBA基础) 熟悉ERP系统(如SAP APO、U8)及S&OP流程 强跨部门影响力,能协调销售、市场等部门达成共识 对市场变化敏感,擅长在不确定性中制定合理预测 结果导向,逻辑清晰,擅长通过数据叙事驱动决策 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
