Together, we can build the future of data storage. ＜採用ポジション＞ 環境・安全衛生マネージャー (Environmental Health & Safety Manager) ＜職務内容＞ 環境・安全衛生（EHS）は、Western Digital のEHSプログラム、及び、法令順守に向けた取り組みをリードし、労働安全衛生、及び、環境に配慮した職場環境の構築を担います。 本ポジションは、日本法人の経営層、製品開発部門、生産技術部門、ファシリティやHRなどのコーポレート部門と密接に連携し、Western Digitalのグローバル基準およびサステナビリティ方針に沿ったEHS文化の醸成と事業運営への統合を推進していただきます。 具体的な業務は以下の通り。 1. EHS部門のリード 日本法人における環境・安全衛生プログラム全体を統括し、Western Digitalの方針、事業所の優先事項、日本の法令要件との整合を確保する。 2. 法令遵守およびガバナンスの確保 労働安全衛生、環境保全、廃棄物管理、化学物質管理などに関する日本の関連法令、許認可、届出義務の遵守をリードする。 3. リスクマネジメントおよび事故防止の推進 事業所全体の危険源特定、リスクアセスメント、リスク低減施策をリードし、労働災害・環境事故・コンプライアンスリスクの未然防止を図る。 4. 労働安全衛生プログラムの管理 機械安全、協力会社安全、エルゴノミクス、作業環境測定、緊急対応、健康リスク管理などのEHSプログラムを統括する。 5. 化学物質・環境管理のリード 化学物質管理、危険物管理、廃棄物管理、排水・排ガス管理、汚染防止などの環境管理プログラムを運営し、確実なコンプライアンスを維持する。 6. 緊急対応・事業継続性の強化 緊急対応計画、訓練、化学物質漏洩対応、消防対応の調整を主導し、事業継続計画（BCP）、危機対応、復旧体制の強化を支援する。 7. マネジメントシステムおよび監査対応 ISO 14001、ISO 45001、社内EHSマネジメントシステムの運用・改善を推進し、監査準備、指摘事項の是正、コンプライアンス保証を実施する。 8. 関係部門との連
