Must Have
Higher education - in the field of sociology, psychology, or business administration, Experience in HR administration, High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, High-level knowledge of English (writing, speaking)

What You'll Do.
International human capital operations management
Management of policies and procedures existing or to be developed in the bank
updating existing ones
relevant consultations both internally and externally
Cooperation/communication with partner companies
Management of processes/operations related to employees employed under service contracts and their support
Management of the project of cooperation with Employer of Record (EOR) companies
conducting negotiations/cooperation with companies
Execution and management of employee operations
and execution of all accompanying necessary processes
Execution and management of employee disciplinary policies/processes and other policies/processes stipulated by internal regulations
Management of remuneration
and position classification systems existing in the bank
execution of the position evaluation process
Management of benefits - management
and initiating changes in various types of insurance and support programs
Ensuring the preparation of annual or other reports in English and Georgian
Testing and improving the bank's core payroll system during its implementation
Continuous development of analytical capabilities in the field of human capital
Timely and adequate execution of tasks from the direct supervisor and management
