What You'll Do.
Legal support for the company's daily operations in coordination with senior lawyers
Participation in drafting
and negotiating contracts

Conducting legal research for all company divisions
Providing legal advice to internal teams regarding brokerage processes
operational processes
and regulatory issues
Involvement in the preparation and review of legal documentation
and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordination with senior lawyers for operational legal support; Close cooperation with all company divisions (including DCM, Brokerage, Research, Corporate Advisory, and Operations) to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with current legislation, including securities regulations; Collaboration with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure legal aspects are adequately considered in operational processes
