Зона ответственности: * Управление портфелем и стратегией 5P (Product/Placement/Positioning/Pricing/Promotion): адаптация ассортимента по регионам, брендинг (продуктовые и зонтичные бренды), управление жизненным циклом (ввод/вывод гибридов), рекомендации по закрытию «пробелов» портфеля. * Ценообразование и прибыльность: ценовое позиционирование с учетом конкурентов, поддержка решений по рентабельности и коммерческим приоритетам. * Запуски и развитие продуктов: подготовка pre-launch и launch (в т.ч. расчеты/данные для кодов, COGS/GM, ценовые анализы), координация с R&D по дизайну продукта и приоритетам исследований, участие в развитии продуктового портфеля в СП «Золотые семена». * Техническое позиционирование и конкурентный анализ: формирование/обновление технического позиционирования гибридов и технологий, мониторинг новинок конкурентов, рекомендации для рынка и продаж. * Испытания и доказательная база: координация демо- и регистрационных/коммерческих испытаний (стадии 6–7), методология, качество данных и аналитика, подготовка выводов и материалов для продаж и глобальных команд. * Маркетинговые кампании и мероприятия: планирование и реализация кампаний совместно с продажами/маркетингом/R подготовка контента для СМИ и мероп
