Must Have
minimum 5 years in production planning or production operations, proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment, project management and improvement experience, successful track record of implementing continuous improvements in a changing environment, experience leading medium to large projects involving stakeholders at different levels, experience working in a matrix organization, Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or related fields, advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), specifically PP, MM, APO/IBP modules, knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, knowledge of Capacity Planning, knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling, expert level Excel proficiency, ability to use complex formulas and analytical tools, experience with Power BI, knowledge of optimization methods: Kanban, Just-in-Time (JIT), Kaizen, strong analytical skills, ability to interpret demand forecasts, data-driven decision making, What-if scenario modeling to prevent supply chain disruptions, strong communication skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills, mentoring junior/middle planners, fluent spoken English

Сотрудник управляет производственными графиками для обеспечения своевременного выпуска продукции, соблюдая баланс между клиентским спросом и доступными ресурсами. Ключевые обязанности включают разработку детализированных производственных планов, координацию межфункциональных рабочих процессов (закупки, планирование материалов), оперативное устранение сбоев в производстве для достижения целевых показателей по себестоимости и срокам поставки, а также инициирование улучшений в процессах. К стратегическим задачам относятся: балансировка производственных мощностей, повышение операционной эффективности и удовлетворение потребностей клиентов в части своевременности производства.
