The PlayStation brand falls under Sony Interactive Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation. 経理スタッフ/リーダー候補　ロイヤリティ業務 【職務概要】 ゲームタイトルに関するロイヤリティおよびパートナー取引について、契約内容に基づき正確な会計・税務処理を実行し、決算・支払スケジュールに沿って業務を遂行するポジションです。 【主な業務内容】 ・印税計算・支払およびロイヤリティステートメント発行 ・共同マーケティングや海外のゲームクリエイター支援のための会計・税務処理 ・伝票・契約・税務関連書類の作成 ・監査・税務調査等対応 ・欧米・ビジネス・システム・会計税務各チームとの定期連携 ・日常業務の継続的な改善提案及び実行 ・上記業務に関連して、グローバルでの定期サミットやプロジェクトミーティングのための出張の機会があります。 ・グローバルでスケールの大きなエクセレントカンパニーという成長環境にありながら、健全な議論や柔軟な働き方の実現が可能です。 ・将来的には、ジョブローテーションを通じて、経理・税務・財務業務の幅広い領域をご担当いただく可能性があります。 【必要スキル】 ・経理・税務の知識と3～5年の実務経験 ・Excel等のPCスキル ・英語でのコミュニケーション力 ・SAP（S/4HANA）使用経験 【求める人物像】 ・日々の業務に対して情熱を持って取り組み、周囲にポジティブな影響を与えることのできる方 ・現状のやり方に満足することなく、主体性を持って業務を改善し、目標を遂行できる方 ・お互いを信頼しサポートし合い、誠実にチームに貢献することができる方 ・自らと組織が成長するために、常に学習意欲を持って新しい物事を吸収できる方 Equal Opportunity Statement: Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
