Manage ecosystem resources
Lead the regional ecosystem team to serve customers
Establish internal and external cooperation
Accurately and timely convey key information of Roche products to customers
Achieve strategic goals of Roche in the corresponding disease area within the regional ecosystem
Ultimately improve patient benefits
Develop ecosystem development goals based on regional ecosystem territory strategy
Responsible for the implementation plan and follow-up effectiveness of goals
Analyze regional business
identify opportunities and risks
Lead the team to jointly formulate and execute corresponding plans
Lead the team to establish broad cooperation and trust with customers
Actively take action to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment level in the fields related to Roche product portfolio
Cooperate with ecosystem partners to improve local ecosystem medical quality and patient benefits
Cooperate with the access team to improve the accessibility of treatment drugs in the region
Participate in the formulation of regional ecosystem personnel and business management plans
