Must Have
5 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy or above, Business and resource planning ability, Excellent communication, collaboration, and resource integration skills

Develop ecosystem development goals based on regional ecosystem strategy
Implement and track the effectiveness of goal execution plans
Analyze regional business

Actively take actions to improve standardized diagnosis and treatment levels in areas related to Roche's product portfolio
