What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of practical experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of practical experience, Product/system development experience using MCUs, Practical experience in system startup, evaluation, and debugging, Experience using embedded system development tools, Ability to analyze and debug various technical issues and solve problems, Ability to accurately understand technical requirements and customer expectations, Ability to manage multiple projects and perform multitasking, Communication skills to work in a global and multicultural environment with an emphasis on teamwork, English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking), Proficiency in general PC tools (MS Office, etc.), Ability to act proactively with minimal instruction and respond flexibly to uncertain situations

What You'll Do.
Provide technical support and comprehensive technical information to customers
and business partners.
Deliver product training and workshops.
Provide technical support for RH850 or ARM devices and their ecosystems.
Collaborate with key customers to drive market introduction of Renesas MCU products.
Deepen technical understanding of company products in automotive systems and provide customer support based on that knowledge.
Support the achievement of technical requirements in new product development by collaborating with marketing
and device design teams.
Investigate and analyze new technology trends and provide feedback for next-generation product development.
Create technical documentation and application notes.

Participate in conferences and industry events
and attend internal training.
