What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field, At least 8 years of experience in a similar position in an insurance brokerage company or insurance company, Experience in the automotive insurance sector is a necessary qualification, Knowledge of automotive insurance products, underwriting, pricing, renewals, and claims management processes, Excellent knowledge of English, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Strong negotiation skills, Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate effectively, Problem-solving ability and management of demanding situations, Excellent organization with a strong results orientation
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in a related field will be considered an additional qualification, Professional training certifications in the insurance sector will be evaluated positively
What You'll Do.
Support management in overall organization
and smooth operation of the automotive sector
Monitor automotive insurance production
and formulate proposals
Develop and manage existing client and partner portfolio
Daily cooperation with insurance companies on pricing
Negotiate cooperation terms and support the formulation of competitive insurance solutions
Coordinate and guide a team of partners
and administrative staff
Continuous support of the partner network on insurance products
Monitor contract renewals and implement actions for customer retention
Analyze portfolio loss results and cooperate with insurance companies
Manage complex insurance cases and high-importance incidents
Monitor the insurance market
Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and the development of new tools

Team & Collaboration
Daily cooperation with insurance companies; Coordinate and guide a team of partners, insurance advisors, and administrative staff; Continuous support of the partner network; Cooperate with insurance companies for portfolio optimization
