Full Job Description

遵守安全规程:严格执行电缆厂的安全操作规程,佩戴个人防护用品 风险排查:定期检查设备的安全防护装置(如急停按钮、防护罩等)是否完好,发现隐患及时报告。 严格按照工艺流程完成各生产环节(如拉丝、绞线、绝缘挤出、成缆、护套等) 按照操作规程启动电缆生产设备,实时监控设备运行状态,确保设备稳定运行。 根据生产要求调整设备参数(如温度、速度、张力等),确保电缆产品的规格和质量符合标准。 定期对设备进行清洁,发现异常及时报告维修。 每批次生产前,对首件产品进行尺寸、外观等项目的检验,确认符合标准后方可批量生产。 在生产过程中定期抽检产品,检查电缆的外观、尺寸等是否符合要求。 发现不合格品时,立即停机并隔离问题产品,按照规定流程进行报告 如实记录生产数据(如产量、设备参数、质量情况等),为生产分析和改进提供依据。 及时向班组长或技术人员反馈生产中的质量问题或设备异常,协助排查原因并改进 主动学习新技术、新工艺,提高操作技能和生产效率。 对产品质量和生产安全高度负责,杜绝因操作不当导致的质量事故或安全事故。 _Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
