Full Job Description

工作职责: 1\. 制订并执行区域的业务计划,推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。 2\. 具备多任务/项目管理能力,协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源,确保其真实有效地使用与开展。 3\. 在区域内搭建诊疗平台,提升客户对疾病的认知及诊断能力。 4\. 结合区域内的市场趋势及政策环境,为区域内客户设计有针对性的创新解决方案,协助区域内客户搭建疾病诊疗中心; 5\. 在公司的政策和程序指引下,与区域内的第三方合作伙伴,建立良好的合作关系,发现并促进业务合作机会; 6\. 与跨部门团队合作,促进区域策略,平台、计划的落地与执行; 7\. 领导并激励团队成员,通过招聘、培训、绩效和行为管理等来促进他们的业绩目标实现与行动计划达标。 8\. 塑造以绩效、赋能、责任、创新、以客户为中心、合规和执行的团队文化。 9\. 通过有计划的随访,在与专员讨论区域销售及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导 10\. 建立和保持有效沟通系统,包括定期召开地区会议,并与其他跨部门建立良好的协作关系。 11\. 保持与区域内关键客户良好持续的沟通,建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。 12\. 把控销售市场数据,了解竞品的活动信息,分析销售趋势以确保达成销售目标。 13\. 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现业绩目标与高效率的销售运作。 14\. 所有的工作必须符合公司与合规政策。 任职要求 教育与背景: 1\. 大学专科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。 2\. 至少3年制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验,业绩优异, 具备管理潜力。有制药行业销售管理经验者优先。 3\. 能够严格管理自己的行为,确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律。 技能 1\. 具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 2\. 具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 3\. 具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。 4\. 具备较强的团队合作意识。 5\. 具备较强的学习能力。 6\. 善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。 Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
