What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years or more of sales work experience in pharmaceutical companies of similar scale for external applicants, University Bachelor's degree or above, Medical, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related majors preferred
Nice to Have
2+ years of sales management experience or KA customer management experience

Develop and execute KA customer annual sales plan
Achieve KA customer annual sales targets
Assist KA customers with annual investment cost calculation
Implement market activities and training
Organize and calculate monthly KA customer sales data
Track KA customer sales data
Review KA customer display agreements
Coordinate company headquarters cooperation projects
Monitor and analyze market development trends
Coordinate and implement projects and activities
Manage market access work
Establish and maintain communication systems
Provide recommendations for sales policies
Support company innovation initiatives
Complete other tasks assigned by manager

Full Job Description
**主要职责 :** 1.制订并执行KA客户在区域内的年度销售计划,完成KA客户的年度销售目标,完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务; 2\. 协助所负责的KA客户对年度投入进行费用测算,确保按照年度分解指标实现销售业绩;按合作计划约定跟进落实KA客户重点分部及门店市场活动及相关培训开展,实现定期拜访并及时反馈/建议; 3.按照月度管理KA客户销售产品的数据整理及测算,做好沟通反馈,确保数据详实准确; 4.跟踪KA客户进销存数据,及时进行分析,向管理层和销售团队提供有价值的数据信息; 5.审核所负责KA客户的陈列协议,费用控制在预算内; 6.协调公司总部在KA客户开展的合作项目,做好项目的推进及协调沟通工作,提升客户的数据安全性; 7\. 监控和分析市场发展趋势,挖掘区域市场机会,为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议; 8\. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展; 9\. 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策,必要情况下可根据公司的要求,与相关职能部门合作,参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作; 10\. 建立和保持有效沟通系统,定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展,与NKA团队及其他部门建立协作关系; 11\. 为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现高效率的销售运作; 12\. 支持公司的各项创新举措,主动探索创新的机会和方法; 13\. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 **岗位要求 :** * 教育: 大学本科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。 * 工作经验: 外部应聘者需3年或以上制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验。 有2年以上销售管理经验或KA客户管理经验者优先。 * 技能: 良好的中英文表达、写作能力和办公软件操作技能。 具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。 具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。 具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。 具有较强的团队合作意识。 具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。 善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。 * 诚信: 能够严格管理自己的行为,确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 * 内部申请资格: ### 内部申请人需符合合规调查流程,处分等级&时限等要求。 # Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
