**Date Posted:** 2026-05-14 **Country:** China **Location:** LOC3278: Room 4601-4603, Huachuang International Plaza A, 4601-4603 Furong Road Section 1, Wujialing Subdistrict, Kaifu District, Changsha, Hunan, China ** _岗位描述:_** • 对分公司的服务EH&S工作进行指导和协调，确保达到OTIS EH&S目标的要求； • 实线向服务区域EHS经理汇报； • 虚线向服务长沙分公司总经理汇报。 ** __** **_工作内容:_** 1、 监督工地的安全管理： • 制定分公司检查计划并跟踪实施； • 实施安全检查； • 进行开工审批、复核性审核； • 对各类安全检查的情况进行分析； • 跟踪整改的完成情况； • 协调内/外部安全检查。 2、 在分公司提供培训及信息交流： Ÿ 制定分公司培训/交流计划并跟踪实施； Ÿ 针对新员工/合作方员工/转岗员工/在职员工，提供各类安全培训； Ÿ 与分公司员工进行安全信息的交流 （包括所有安全信息、事故信息以及新发布的程序等）； Ÿ 跟踪培训及信息交流完成情况。 3、 上报各类事故，协助业务部门进行事故调查、督促整改与事故的关闭。 4、 分公司EH&S评估： Ÿ 评估分公司现行的法律法规，确保法律法规的合规性； Ÿ 协调和实施在商业活动和房产租赁中的环境、健康与安全的评估； Ÿ 对一线部门提供安全技术支持； Ÿ 参与分包商年度评估； Ÿ 参与安全技术风险评估； Ÿ 参与市场获得梯的安全评估。 5、 协助分公司总经理开展分公司的EH&S活动： Ÿ 推动分公司完成总部安排的各项安全行动，如安全停工日 Ÿ 协助总经理组织完成分公司安全活动/会议，建立分公司安全文化 6、其他安全相关事务。 If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
