We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. 作为灌装维护技术员实习生，支持工程部门日常运作，包括生产支持、预防性维护及紧急维修，参与工艺监控、备件管理及工艺/工程改进项目实施。 **主要职能 ：** * 熟悉并遵守公司设备维护相关的安全操作规程和标准。 * 完成学习计划，包括安全、质量培训课程和资质认证。理解GMP要求。 * 协助资深维护技术员进行设备的日常检查、维护和保养。 * 参与故障排除和维修活动，学习识别和解决设备问题。 * 协助记录维护日志，确保维护活动的准确性和可追溯性。 * 学习使用各种维护工具和测试设备。 * 协助进行备件管理和库存盘点。 * 完成主管分配的其他相关任务。 **基本要求 ：** * 大专及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化或相关工程专业。 * 对设备维护和制药行业有浓厚兴趣。 * 具备基本的机械或电气知识。 * 良好的学习能力和团队合作精神。 * 认真负责，细致严谨，具备解决问题的潜力。 * 熟练使用办公软件。 * 接受轮班工作，根据工作需求加班； Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
